Swiss Build were appointed by Crest Scaffolding in Northampton to deliver a new modular office building to provide practical, modern workspace for their operations. The project involved the construction and installation of a purpose-built modular building formed using SIPs panels, designed to create a durable, energy-efficient, and functional office environment.
The internal layout was configured to include a number of individual office spaces along with a dedicated conference room, allowing the client to accommodate both day-to-day administration and team meetings within one self-contained building. Externally, the building was finished with a clean, contemporary appearance to complement the surrounding commercial premises.
Our works included the full installation of the modular structure, external finishes, windows and doors, roof coverings, soffits, fascias, lighting, and all associated finishing details required to deliver a complete and ready-to-use office space. Careful attention was given to both appearance and performance, ensuring the building provided a professional working environment with strong thermal efficiency and long-term durability.
