A fitting-focused project suits a room that is already prepared. We review your supplier’s layout and product details, agree the installation work and identify any plumbing, electrical or finishing requirements before starting.
A complete refurbishment brings the room preparation and kitchen fitting together. It can include removing the old kitchen, changing services, plastering, lighting, flooring and tiling, with structural work considered where needed.

The price depends on the kitchen size, unit and worktop specification, appliance requirements and the condition of the room. Moving services, structural work, plastering and flooring can change the scope. Send your kitchen plan and room details so we can prepare a quotation.
Yes, we can discuss fitting a customer-supplied kitchen. Share the supplier’s layout, product list, delivery dates and appliance specifications before ordering or booking installation. We check what is included and identify any missing items or preparation work.
Swiss Build can coordinate the trades included in your kitchen quotation, including plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, flooring and kitchen fitting. Gas appliance work is carried out by appropriately Gas Safe registered engineers where included in the agreed scope.
We can review changes to the kitchen layout and discuss structural openings or an extension as part of a wider project. The existing structure, service routes and design requirements need checking, with any necessary professional design and approvals arranged before that work starts.
The programme depends on the room preparation, service changes, product deliveries, worktop arrangements and finishing work. We discuss the expected sequence and periods without cooking facilities or water before starting, so you can plan practical arrangements.
These can be included in the agreed quotation. Please provide the product specifications early so we can check installation requirements and responsibilities. Stone worktops may need specialist templating and fitting; we agree those arrangements before the kitchen installation.
