Our Clients wanted to completely transform the side of their house as it was an unappealing view as you approached the property. They also wanted to add a room to the rear of the property so they could enjoy the amazing views over the countryside.
We fitted a window to the side of the house to bring some light to the landing and added a pitched roof and porch canopy. The exterior was completed with a maintenance free silicon render. The transformation was stunning, and our clients were over the moon.
We built a room to the rear of the house and added a downstairs WC fitted with a space saving pocket door. Underfloor heating was installed to allow complete control of the temperature and the room was finished with a bright, modern feel.
